In order to view your secure inbox, you must have:

  • Secure access to your Student Aid account, or 
  • An existing student aid application in the system.

It’s important that you take precautions to keep your personal information safe and secure:

  • Always protect your personal information and never reveal information such as your user ID/password associated with your Student Aid account.

  • Do not share your username and password with staff members at your school. If you need help from your school to manage aspects of your student aid, login to your Student Aid account on your own before sharing the computer screen with others.
